Who We Work WithFor International and Regional Organisations Doing Business in Vietnam and Across Asia

Bright works with organisations at moments when the business is visible to people who matter – entering a market, bringing leaders together, launching something new or hosting important stakeholders.

Our clients come from different sectors and at different stages of growth. The situations below are where Bright is most often brought in.

Sophie Lien Dinh, CEO of Bright, collaborating with senior leadership of KHI Partners.

Where Bright Usually Fits

International Businesses Entering or Expanding in Vietnam

For international and regional companies exploring, entering or developing their presence in Vietnam, particularly when the work is moving from a commercial plan into real relationships and visible activity in the market.

Bright supports the market-facing side of that work: local context, business relationships, market visits, stakeholder engagement and the moments in which the organisation begins to be experienced locally.

Leadership Teams & Professional Partnerships

For leadership teams, professional firms and partner groups bringing senior people together for strategy, reflection, learning, connection or decisions about what comes next.

Bright directs the experience around that purpose, from leadership retreats and conferences to the hospitality and shared time that sit around the formal work.

KHI Partners, for example, brought its partner group to Vietnam for a six-day retreat and leadership conference across Hanoi and Ha Long Bay, with Bright directing the experience around the programme.

Regional & International Corporate Teams

For teams responsible for launches, conferences, partner programmes and other business events where clients, partners, leadership or the wider market will experience the organisation first-hand.

The business content remains with the client. Bright takes responsibility for the experience around it — how the occasion is planned, presented and delivered to the people in the room.

For LynKey's marketplace launch in Ho Chi Minh City, Bright was appointed to plan and deliver the bilingual launch across programme, creative, production, guest experience and live delivery.

Organisations Hosting International Executives & Delegations

For businesses and institutions receiving executives, partners, investors or delegations in Vietnam and across the region.

The assignment may be a business visit, executive hospitality, a market programme or several of these together. Bright looks after the local experience around the business purpose — so visiting stakeholders are well received and the organisation hosting them can stay focused on the relationship.

What These Situations Have in Common

In most of these assignments, there is more to get right than the immediate deliverable.

Senior people may be directly involved. The organisation may be visible to clients, partners or a new market. Local or cross-cultural judgement can affect how the work is received. Several teams or specialists may need to contribute without leaving the client to connect every part themselves.

Those circumstances can appear in very different sectors. The underlying responsibility is often remarkably similar.

Often, Part of the Team Is Already in Place

Some clients come to Bright with parts of the team already in place — an internal lead, advisers, a venue, an agency, a regional partner or specialist suppliers. Others come earlier, before those decisions have been made.

Bright can work in either situation. We do not need to replace people who are already doing useful work, and we can take responsibility for the part that still needs shaping, local judgement, coordination or experience direction.

What matters is being clear about what Bright owns, and understanding enough of the wider situation to do that part well.

See What Clients Have Asked Bright to Take On

Selected Work shows these situations in practice: KHI Partners’ leadership retreat in Vietnam, a regional programme in Dubai involving leaders from seven countries, market-facing launches in Bangkok, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and continuing client programmes across Vietnam.

Each case shows what was happening, what Bright was responsible for and the evidence behind the work.

A First Conversation Does Not Need a Perfect Brief

Some clients come to Bright with a defined scope. Others already know the business objective, the people involved and what has been decided, but are still working out the best shape of the assignment.

Either is a useful place to start.

Share the situation as it stands. We can see where Bright fits and whether there is a useful role for us to play.
